  • 2.9. Personal data permitted by the data subject for distribution: personal data to which the data subject provides access to an unlimited number of people through consent to process such data for distribution as stipulated by the Personal Data Law.

  • 2.14. Destruction of personal data: any actions resulting in irreversibly destroying personal data, making it impossible to recover personal data content within the personal data information system, and/or destroying physical media containing personal data.
  1. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator
  • 3.1. The Operator has the right to:
  • request reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the data subject;
  • in case of data subject’s withdrawal of consent for personal data processing or demand to cease personal data processing, continue processing personal data without consent if justified by the grounds specified in the Personal Data Law;
  • independently determine the composition and list of necessary and sufficient measures to ensure compliance with the obligations set by the Personal Data Law, unless otherwise provided by federal laws.
  • 3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
  • provide the data subject with information about the processing of their personal data upon request;
  • organize personal data processing in the manner established by Russian legislation;
  • respond to inquiries and requests from data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the Personal Data Law;
  • provide necessary information to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects upon request within 10 days from receiving the request;
  • publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Privacy Policy;
  • take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions;
  • cease transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data and terminate processing and destroy personal data in the manner and cases stipulated by the Personal Data Law.
  1. Main Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects
  • 4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:
  • receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided by federal laws;
  • request that the Operator clarify, block, or delete their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures to protect their rights;
  • set a condition of prior consent for personal data processing for market promotion of goods, works, and services;
  • withdraw consent to personal data processing and demand cessation of personal data processing;
  • appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or the court against unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator in processing their personal data;
  • exercise other rights provided by Russian legislation.
  • 4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:
  • provide accurate personal data;
  • inform the Operator of updates (changes) to their personal data.
